4. Report IDs

When you submit a report, you receive a unique Report ID used to update its status later. We do not store this ID in a way that's recoverable if you lose it — keep it somewhere safe. Anyone who has your Report ID can use it to update that report's status.

5. Complaint Letter Generator

The complaint letter tool produces a template based on information you provide. It is not legal advice, is not reviewed by an attorney, and is not guaranteed to be suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether and how to send any letter it generates.
