Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

The report submission form only asks for a hospital location, department, issue type, status, and date — all selected from preset dropdown lists. We do not ask for your name, email, or any other identifying information as part of a report.

2. Report IDs

Each submitted report gets a randomly generated Report ID (date + a random number) so you can update its status later. This ID is not linked to your identity, IP address, or any account — we have no way to recover it for you if it's lost, and no way to verify that a person updating a report's status is the original submitter.

3. The Complaint Letter Tool

The complaint letter generator runs entirely in your browser. The patient name, address, email, phone, and incident details you type into that form are used only to build the letter displayed on your screen and are not sent to us or stored in our database.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Firebase configuration includes an Analytics measurement ID, but the Analytics script itself is not currently loaded on any page, so no analytics events are being collected at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

5. Data Retention

Submitted reports are retained indefinitely. There is currently no fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule, though we reserve the right to remove individual reports at our discretion.

6. Cookies

This site does not currently set its own cookies or use browser local storage to track visitors.

7. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

9. Contact

Contact information for this site is available via the domain's WHOIS registration record.
